Did you know that, despite being the largest city in Alabama, Birmingham is surrounded by beautiful, sprawling farms? Iron City Grill recognizes the importance of supporting these local farms, while at the same time providing the city with fresh, homegrown produce. All of the incredible dishes on our menu are made using locally-sourced vegetables, including Alabama Gulf Coast seafood.
